GENERAL
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item, receive store credit for a future purchase, or you would prefer for us to process a refund.

PROCESSING METHOD
Please give us 1-2 days to process your order upon successful checkouts. Kindly take note that the processing time is different from the shipping time. Packaging, labeling, and transferring the items to our logistics are done during the processing. While the shipping time will start from the moment that the package was received by the respective courier and is ready to be delivered to your shipping address.

DELIVERY TERMS
These lead times may not be accurate at times as there are a lot of external factors to be considered. But rest assured that we will assist you in any issues that arise with our respective couriers. You can see the estimated time of delivery for every product on the product page itself. Please take note of these shipping times before placing an order.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
We can only allow cancellation and modification of orders such as change of recipient name, address, contact number within 24 hours upon order confirmation. Requests submitted beyond that time will be rejected and pushed through. Please read our Return Policy for more information.

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number from which they will be
able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by our shipping provider.

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
