We have a 3-day return policy, which means you only have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests beyond the given time will not be accepted anymore.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
We packed our parcels very securely but we cannot always guarantee its safe arrival because couriers are the one handling the delivery.

But if you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us using the email that you use when you purchased, together with your order number, payment confirmation, and photos or videos that show the issues on the items.

To start a return, you can contact us at herskinmnl@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
We will processed your refund once we received the returned parcel which takes up from 10 to 30 days.

To avoid complicated refunds, we recommend that you make "UNBOXING VIDEO" upon receipt of your parcel. This way you can provide a solid proof of your claims.

For online payments, we will issue your refund the same way we received your payment. For COD/COP, please give us e-wallets/banking details whichever you prefer.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
You can only cancel your order or modify your information within 24 hours upon ordering. Beyond that, will be rejected as we may have started processing your order. Please make up your mind and double-check before completing a purchase.
